We are seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to validate OpenText ECM solutions (OTCS/Content Suite, xECM, VIM for SAP, Archive Center). The role covers functional, integration, regression and UAT testing for document lifecycle, permissions, metadata, workflows, search, and records management, along with test planning and defect management. The candidate will work on integrations (e.g., SAP, Directory/SSO, Email, APIs) and OTCS administration basics. OpenText Content Server/Content Suite knowledge is a focus.

Your Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to validate OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions—such as OpenText Content Server (OTCS/Content Suite), Extended ECM (xECM), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP, Archive Center, and related components. The role includes functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for document lifecycle, permissions, metadata, workflows, search, records management, and integrations (e.g., SAP, Directory/SSO, Email, APIs), with strong test planning and defect management.
- OpenText Content Server / Content Suite (OTCS)
Your Profile
- UI automation (Selenium/Playwright) for Smart View/Classic UI regressions.
- API automation (REST Assured/Robot Framework/pytest)
- Performance testing with JMeter/LoadRunner for key user journeys (upload, search, workspace load).
- Basic familiarity with OTCS Admin tasks: user/role provisioning, permissions tracing, workflow admin, indexing status, RM policy checks.Knowledge of Archive Center/Archive Server, Storage Rules, and retention/hold behaviors.Exposure to Content Intelligence/Capture (ICC, Magellan, Capture Center) and OCR tuning basics.
