Role focuses on designing and implementing core mobile network elements (HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, EIR) and integrating SDM solutions while migrating subscriber databases. Responsible for deploying and managing cloud, virtualization, and VNF environments using Kubernetes and Docker, and for configuring routers and switches with Unix/Linux proficiency. Leads complex technical programs, gathers customer requirements, and troubleshoots call flow issues to deliver solutions. Supports automation initiatives and network troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, and collaborates effectively with both technical and management teams at the customer site.
Job Description
- Design and implement core network elements like HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, and EIR
- Integrate SDM solutions and migrate subscriber databases for HLR, HSS, SDL, EIR, and MNP
- Deploy and manage cloud, virtualization, and VNF environments using Kubernetes/Dockers
- Configure routers and switches; proficient in Unix/Linux commands
- Lead complex technical programs and gather customer requirements
- Troubleshoot call flow issues and deliver solutions to customers
- Work on automation initiatives and networking troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and management layers at the customer side
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and call flows
- Expertise in HLR, HSS, SDL subscriber profiles and HP products
- Basic scripting skills in Shell script, PERL, Python, and Ansible
- Experience with virtualization platforms like VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, and containers
- Familiarity with networking troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain
- Expert knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and call flows
- Experience in cloud, virtualization, and VNF deployments using Kubernetes/Dockers
