Role Description

• Deutsche India Pvt Ltd is Deutsche bank’s global platform for front-office & aligned functions to create value by utilizing non-traditional locations, exceptional talent, and a collaborative culture.
• This branch of Deutsche Bank Group company is looking for extremely bright candidates for the Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) team in India. GSA is the bank’s center of excellence for all analytical effort within the bank. It has a footprint in global hubs like London, New York, Frankfurt, Berlin, Tokyo & Singapore. In this case we are looking for candidates who will be working on our TradeFinder web platform which host several regulatory projects for IB, Treasury, Finance & Risk business. The candidate hired in this team is required to work in collaboration with stakeholders in Frankfurt and London on regulatory driven projects. Candidate is required to understand the business problem, gather information required for the implementation and provide an end-to-end optimized solution. Implementation of the project needs to be done in Python programming language. Candidate should possess a very good English communication skill to coordinate and communicate his work clearly with stakeholders spread across globe. Candidate needs to possess people skills and be able to handle complex situation.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain regulatory tools like Benchmark Control on Deutsche Bank’s TradeFinder platform
• Support Non-Financial Risk Mgmt team in managing their BoW through automation
• Create tables and write optimized queries on oracle database to implement the business logic
• Meet the coding and IT security standards during implementation
• Write tests and validations to meet Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) release standards
• Take accountability of the product and its support from audit perspective on platform

Your skills and experience

• Educational background in Engineering or Maths or Science or Information Technology, preferably from good colleges in India
• At least 5 years of industry experience in Python development
• Has handled large projects and have done stakeholder management
• Good knowledge SQL, PL-SQL query
• Good communication skills
