The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) - Senior Associate, you will:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Expertise in building backend services and APIs using .NET/C# or Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with messaging and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Solid understanding of security fundamentals and observability practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, API gateways.
- Performance optimization and caching strategies (Redis).
- Background in regulated environments or financial services.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive technical excellence.
