About your team

The technology service team provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.

About your role
As an experienced software tester, you’re expected to have strong analytical abilities, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. This role involves designing and executing test cases, ensuring product quality, and collaborating closely with stakeholders in both China and Canada.

About you

Fast learning and strong logical thinking, being able to contribute in below area:

  • Understand business requirements through direct interaction.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts for API, web, Mobile testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools.
  • Work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Works under minimal supervision to meet goals set by management.
  • Manage own task progress and update timely to stakeholders

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in testing and testing automation
  • Strong knowledge and experience of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools: Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Bruno.
  • Programming and scripting experience in Python (or similar languages).
  • Experience with AWS cloud or other cloud systems is a plus.
  • Good business English skill is required, reading, writing, listening, speaking


2nd shift is expected based on project requirement (Canada project, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM, not everyday shift, depends on project arrangement)
