As a Senior QA Engineer, you will: 

 

• Design and execute test plans and test suites to validate functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work on different devices, OS, and browser platforms
• Build complex integration environments
• Lead the manual QA effort in the team 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps, and QA) to define, review, and validate quality requirements across the development lifecycle.

 

We Are Looking For: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, API, performance, and scalability).
• Experience leading QA efforts for a significant product feature, module, or small team.
• Experience in writing test cases and test plans based on new feature requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Developer teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to interpret logs and identify essential information.
• Experience with endpoint management
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure & systems administration
• Fluent English – reading and writing.
• Experience with Python & Pytest and Playwright in automation and quality assurance contexts - Advantage
