Location: Bangalore East, Karnataka, India

What You Will Do:

• Backend development using Python/Django framework, which interacts with multiple relational/non-relational databases and an ELK stack. 
• End to end ownership of features, which involves integration and delivery of self-developed modules with components developed by other team members
• Participation in design of features, evaluating impact of features on system modules
• Task breakdown and guidance for a small team of junior engineers 
• Interacting with cross functional and geo diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives

 We Are Looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of tech lead experience
• Expertise in Python programming and the Django framework
• Developing, deploying and debugging applications with Docker/Kubernetes 
• Hands on experience with relational databases and non-relational databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prior experience in working with international teams across timezones

Great to have

• Linux development environment and OS level debugging experience
• Working knowledge of Java/Javascript programming

Working Conditions:

This position requires working from the office full-time; remote work is not available.
