About the Department: The Investment Risk Management Team oversees risk for fixed-income sectors, derivatives, and strategies. We design frameworks that align with the organization’s risk appetite. Our team collaborates closely with investment professionals managing billions of dollars. Working here offers exposure to diverse markets and advanced risk tools, fostering growth and expertise in investment risk. How You Will Add Value? You will: - Monitor and communicate investment risks to teams and leadership. - Assess risks in new and existing portfolios. - Analyze data to identify risk trends and insights. - Present and debate risk findings with internal and external stakeholders. - Lead projects to develop innovative risk analysis methods. - Guide and support risk analysts when needed. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred. - 3–5 years of investment risk experience. - Progress toward Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong quantitative and technical expertise. - Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and risk models (Bloomberg PORT, Aladdin). - Knowledge of Python, Tableau, VBA, MATLAB preferred. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
