Lead the Evo Future State workstream within JPMorgan's Equities Front Office Trading and Analytics team, shaping and delivering trading and analytics applications for marking, AI trading, trade management, risk, and analytics. Partner with trading desks, Quantitative Research, and technology teams in a fast-paced, global, agile environment to drive automation and maintain a robust, scalable platform. - Lead the design and development of new and existing trading and analytics applicationsCollaborate closely with trading, sales, Quantitative Research, and technology teamsDrive automation of front office processes using innovative technology solutionsEnsure stability and reliability of the application stackParticipate in business transformation projects across analytics, marking, and publishingPropose and explore new solutions to maintain a competitive edgeApply disciplined code management, testing, and deployment practicesBreak down requirements into technical deliverables and estimate effortSolve complex problems with mathematical and technological approachesCommunicate effectively with global team members and stakeholdersContribute to the development of a global platform in a collaborative environmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Python or another modern programming languageExperience developing, deploying, and maintaining commercial service-oriented applicationsStrong understanding of systematic trading technology platformsKnowledge of relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, or OracleFamiliarity with unit testing and disciplined development practicesAbility to translate requirements into technical deliverablesExperience working effectively within a global teamStrong problem-solving skills with a mathematical or technological focusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentEffective communication skills for describing problems and solutionsBusiness knowledge of simple derivative products, including pricing and risk evaluationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
