Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge in Python.
Ability to write Lambdas with varying degree of complexity and best Python practices.
Must be very strong in Terraform and provisioning AWS services and infra in AWS thru code.

Strong knowledge on front end UI development and React JS based apps.

 

Design, develop, and maintain contact flows in Amazon Connect to optimize customer interactions.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda functions to implement custom business logic and data processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Implement and manage Amazon Connect CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact flows, AWS services, and integrations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in contact center technologies and AWS services to ensure best practices are followed.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Amazon Connect, including designing and implementing contact flows.
Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda and its integration with Amazon Connect.
Familiarity with other AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Kinesis Data Stream.
Experience with contact center technologies and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
CI/CD leveraging Spinnaker
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
Experience with other CCaaS platforms and tools.
Knowledge of VoIP, and telephony integrations.

Strong Python Developer with very good knowledge on AWS Services and Front end UI development in React JS
