Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will begin your career in the Software & Platform Engineering track, developing foundational skills across software development, systems, and infrastructure. You will learn how technical components fit together, contribute to design and implementation efforts, and build confidence through collaboration, feedback, and hands‑on experience. Your work will help create safe, reliable, and scalable systems while you grow into a well‑rounded engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Software & Technical Delivery
- Produce tested, maintainable software or infrastructure components under guidance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
- Some experience with Python or another modern programming language (via coursework, personal projects, or internships).

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł96,800 - zł153,200. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.Benefits Information:
