Join LSEG's Customer Consulting team as an Associate Solution Consultant focused on real-time and historical market data. You will collect customer requirements, lead pre-sales technical discussions, demonstrate product capabilities, and help translate complex data needs into technical solutions. You will coordinate with sales and product teams, contribute to proofs of concept and RFP responses, and help deliver custom integration projects.

Bring your technical expertise to our Customer Consulting team! Associate Solution Consultants help collect customer requirements to develop innovative solutions. We support the sales team through knowledge of customer workflows, financial markets, and technology. As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and help achieve successful sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with customers during pre-sales

  • Collect customer-specific technical and data requirements through meetings with customers, partners, and third parties

  • Ensure clear documentation of customer workflow and requirements

  • Communicate detailed technical solutions to the customer

  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations of product capabilities

  • Run content coverage checks for data and fields

  • Participate in building proof of concept, request for proposal responses, and the creation of works statements

  • Coordinate with internal partners from sales and product teams

  • Work with team members to build, develop, and deliver custom integration projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of the financial industry and understanding financial markets is a plus

  • Strong motivation to learn the LSEG Real-Time Data and LSEG Tick History products

  • Articulate speaker

  • Strong listening skills

  • Knowledge of Python is highly valued

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $67,800 - $113,200.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
