Join Macquarie's Credit Risk technology team as a Test Engineering Manager. Lead automated testing initiatives for the enterprise-wide Credit platform, building and driving CI/CD-enabled testing frameworks and applying XP practices such as TDD, pair programming, and refactoring. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on automation, stakeholder management, and platform evolution. This role supports the Credit Risk transformation program across Macquarie's global teams.

- Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Selenium; proficiency in building scalable, flexible, and robust testing frameworks tailored to UI application needs; expertise in automated unit, integration, and performance testing of UI components.
- Strong expertise in API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured; proficiency in performance testing with tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner; experience in managing testing environments in cloud platforms like AWS.
- Solid experience in testing data pipelines, monitoring, and analyzing system metrics using tools like Grafana and Splunk to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation; familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo).
- Proven ability to lead testing initiatives, including stakeholder management and communication; expertise in leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve automation testing effort, productivity and defect detection.
