What role will you play?

As an Engineering Manager, you will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team owned product and platforms. As well as technology ownership, you will own the hiring, retention and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture. You will mentor engineers, deep dive into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues.

  • 14+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Full Stack development.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks like Agile with strong problem solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of Full Stack Development (Java/Python/Golang), along with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in managing cross-region development teams and scaling engineering processes and providing regional People leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives.
