- 14+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Full Stack development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks like Agile with strong problem solving skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of Full Stack Development (Java/Python/Golang), along with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in managing cross-region development teams and scaling engineering processes and providing regional People leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives.
