Join McKinsey's Costa Rica office as a Software Delivery Analyst within the Service Operations practice. You will blend strategic thinking with operational advisory to define transformation programs across HR, finance, IT, and other corporate functions, delivering measurable cost and efficiency benefits. You will work with McKinsey teams to perform benchmarking and opportunity analyses, client data and process mapping, and process redesign, applying levers such as offshoring/outsourcing, centralization of shared services, automation, and lean principles. You will also contribute to building the CBFLab tech platform and drive efficiencies in delivering CBF studies.

Your qualifications and skills
- University degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or other related analytical discipline
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Sound business knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basics in Python coding and data analytics skills.
- Interest in technology and delivery using tech based tools is required
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
- Ability to work with and effectively handle a diverse group of team members
- Exhibit self-motivation and highly service-orientated work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish including the ability to interact effectively at all levels of a large international organization
