The Microsoft Turing team is an innovative engineering and research organization advancing state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models across the full machine learning lifecycle. Within Turing, we are a fast‑paced, high‑impact experience team responsible for building end‑to‑end experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot—from cutting‑edge frontend platforms to backend orchestration systems. Our work spans reasoning over user prompts, grounding in enterprise data, invoking tools and extensions, and synthesizing secure, compliant responses at scale.

As a member of the Microsoft Turing team, you will have a direct impact on product quality, shaping the daily experience of millions of users. You will design and build solutions using modern M365 Copilot UX frameworks, large‑scale orchestration systems, and experimentation platforms such as A/B testing frameworks, while collaborating closely with teams across distributed systems, data mining, and machine learning.
