Join NVIDIA's Advanced Technology Group to help build and operate the EDA infrastructure that assembles and qualifies library collateral for internal design teams. You will collaborate across library, design enablement, ASIC and physical design teams to develop end-to-end VLSI library flows for advanced nodes, and automate data generation, validation, and regression testing with Python and Perl. You will drive infrastructure improvements, improve flow quality, and scale compute resources to support next-gen process technologies. Join NVIDIA’s Advanced Technology Group—a fast paced team that crafts the next generation of process technologies for AI, HPC, automotive, and graphics. In this role, you will help build and operate the EDA infrastructure that assembles and qualifies library collateral for internal design teams. You’ll work as part of a team delivering the complete solution end-to-end, while personally owning and driving specific components of the overall flow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate across internal library, design-enablement, ASIC and physical design teams to develop and support VLSI Library flows to deliver quality library views
  • Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end VLSI library development flows for advanced nodes
  • Automate data generation, validation, and regression testing with Python, Perl (plus databases and web-based dashboards)
  • Drive infrastructure improvements for next-gen process technologies: tool integrations, build systems, integrate compute resources
  • Identifying bottlenecks, advocating for quality results, and implementing flow improvements

What we need to see:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of proven experience, with focus in one of the areas below:
  • Proficiency with Liberty .lib/.db (integration, validation and debugging)
  • Understanding of EDA infrastructure, design enablement or library CAD
  • Experience with Python and Perl. Experience with databases and web frameworks is a way to stand out.
  • Excellent programming skills with proven track record of delivering automation solutions
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for improving development flows and VLSI library quality is a must!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
