Join NVIDIA's Mixed Signal Design team as a Senior Methodology Software Engineer, designing and building software workflows to support hardware design and debugging. You will automate hardware testing with Python and Perl, apply AI to improve data workflows, and collaborate across teams to automate data parsing and analysis via web apps and compute farms. You will design robust user interfaces and data visualizations for complex hardware tasks, optimize parallel processing on compute farms, and assist with building debugging scripts in Python and JavaScript. This role requires strong scripting, data handling, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Working in NVIDIA's Mixed Signal Design team, you will be contributing in the area of Software Methodology, designing and building software workflows to assist hardware design and debug.
What you’ll be doing:
Automating hardware testing workflows using Python and Perl
Using AI to improve user workflows involving data collection, querying, and analysis
Collaborating with various teams to automate data parsing and analysis through web applications and compute farms
Designing robust user interfaces to simplify sophisticated hardware tasks
Building data visualization interfaces for processed datasets
Optimizing parallel processing large datasets using compute farms and AI agents
Assisting with building and debugging hardware testing scripts in Python and JavaScript
What we need to see from you:
A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5 plus years of relevant work experience
Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Unix/Bash scripting
Perl experience preferred
Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP web servers, and database systems
Background with handling large datasets and parallel processing in Python
Self motivated, and able to switch between multiple projects

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
