Join NVIDIA's Data Processing Unit (DPU) SW Group as a Software Infrastructure and Tools Engineer to lead complex integrations, automate processes, and bring up full software stacks for cutting-edge networking technologies. You will develop tools to improve CI/CD workflows, define SDKs for DPU software development, and create and maintain build systems for complex software products. You will collaborate with architects, QA, design, and verification teams to drive efficiency and usability improvements across NVIDIA's release pipelines.

NVIDIA is looking for a talented Software infrastructure and tools Engineer to join the Data Processing Unit (DPU) SW Group. As a part of the team, you will lead complicated integrations which combining new technologies, automating processes, bringing up full software stacks, developing system scripts for cutting edge networking technologies with the quality requirements of industry-leading customers. You will work closely with NVIDIA's SDK development and gain an understanding of NVIDIA's products and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing tools using various NVIDIA proprietary and other cutting-edge technologies to help build better CI/CD workflows.
  • Crafting efficiency and usability improvements across NVIDIA proprietary products that will help streamline various release pipelines and processes across NVIDIA.
  • Definition and development of SDKs to be used for DPU SW development.
  • Creating and maintaining build system for complex SW products.
  • Collaborate with team members, Architects, design, QA teams, and verification.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ years work experience in a software development.
  • Programming skills in Python.
  • Knowledge with Linux build systems (RPM, Make files).
  • Solid object-oriented programming skills and design patterns.
  • Motivated, responsive, and keen on process improvement.
  • Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge with Linux and Networking.
  • Contribution to open-source projects.
  • Knowledge with Docker, Ansible, Jenkins pipelines.
  • Strong interest towards groundbreaking technologies and ability to take initiatives and drive them across multiple functional teams.
