Role:
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the research and production pipeline for a medium frequency equity portfolio—maintaining and improving production monitoring tools, and helping with production issues. An ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, take ownership of their work, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining research and production pipeline—including data processing, model building, back-testing, and live monitoring toolkits.
- Performance optimization in both research and production environments.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or other quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of professional programming experience, preferably in a big tech firm or a quantitative trading team.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and its ecosystem.
- Fast learner, strong passion for technology, and keen to explore the latest technological advancements.
- Experience in software architecture and engineering is a plus.
- Experience in distributed computing is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills and knowledge in statistics and linear algebra is a plus.
