You will operate at the intersection of strategy, AI initiatives, research enablement, operational projects, and internal tooling, contributing to initiatives that scale across the firm. You will also build lightweight data tools and automation, support AI/LLM initiatives, and prepare structured analyses for executives.

You will join our Paris or London office, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact strategic and technology-driven initiatives. This role is designed as a high-exposure, accelerated learning opportunity for exceptional early-career profiles who combine strong analytical horsepower with genuine technical curiosity. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, AI initiatives, research enablement, operational projects, and internal tooling, contributing directly to initiatives that impact the firm at scale.
 
Your future role at QRT:
  • Support cross-functional strategic projects across research, technology, and business teams
  • Contribute to internal AI and LLM-related initiatives
  • Build lightweight data tools and automation scripts
  • Assist with small coding and workflow optimization projects
  • Prepare structured analyses and executive-ready materials
  • Coordinate and follow up on multi-stakeholder initiatives to ensure strong execution
Your present skillset:
  • Strong academic background in mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance, economics, or related fields
  • Demonstrated excellence through academic performance, competitions, hackathons, research, or meaningful side projects
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Coding skills (Python preferred)
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation technologies
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus (French appreciated)
Personal Attributes:
  • Exceptionally curious and fast learner
  • Structured thinker with a genuine interest in technology
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous, open-ended problems
  • Strong intellectual agility and problem-solving mindset
  • Eager to learn across both strategic and technical domains
