GenAI (Prompt) Engineer at Rabobank develops scalable GenAI assistants to support thousands of advisors and enhance customer interactions. You work in a GenAI-focused Scrum team to apply advanced GenAI technology responsibly and deliver meaningful impact. Your responsibilities include building, testing, and refining AI prompts and workflows to reduce administrative workload and improve service delivery for customers.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You create impactful GenAI solutions that support thousands of advisors by improving customer interactions with at least 1 scalable AI assistant.

Develop scalable GenAI assistants that reduce administrative workload for advisors and strengthen customer interactions as a GenAI (Prompt) Engineer. You work in a scrum team that applies advanced GenAI technology responsibly and effectively to deliver meaningful impact.

- Develop scalable GenAI solutions that support advisors by making complex AI technology practical for Customer Service applications.
- Build and refine AI assistants that simplify processes through effective prompt engineering and intelligent automation.
- Validate and rigorously test GenAI outputs to ensure reliability, quality, and responsible deployment.
Within the organisation, you collaborate closely with AI specialists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver GenAI assistants used directly by advisors across Customer Service.
