What you'll build

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Operations Excellence & Business Insights team, you will support initiatives that improve how SAP engages with customers and measures business performance. You will contribute to building tools, reports, and assets that enhance business insights and help streamline end-to-end operational processes.

In addition to analytical work, you will also assist the team with administrative and coordination tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide business insights across SAP board areas
• Assist in designing and improving processes and tools that increase productivity for SAP’s customer-facing teams
• Contribute to automation initiatives that simplify operational processes (e.g., cloud renewal forecasting and churn prevention)
• Help drive innovation through the use of technology in operational workflows (e.g. Artificial Intelligence)
• Support the team in maintaining process excellence within SAP’s internal operations
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and preparation of presentations or materials for internal stakeholders

What you bring

• Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus (e.g., Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA, or similar tools) but not required
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset, reliability, and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented with good communication skills, comfortable collaborating in an international environment
• Flexibility in working hours to support collaboration across multiple time zones
• Willingness to work from the Walldorf office regularly, complemented by home office options
