Snowflake is seeking a Developer Experience Manager to drive developer-focused programs across channels and personas, partnering with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Community teams. You'll lead the Snowflake-Labs/sfquickstarts repo, architect automated CI/CD pipelines for guides, and host livestreams to showcase new features, while leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks. You'll tailor content for developer events like Snowflake BUILD and Dev Day, analyze data to inform decisions, and report program metrics to stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-person in our Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA offices

Join the Snowflake Team to build the future of the AI Data Cloud.

The Snowflake Developer Growth & Audience Insights Team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter that is excited to drive influence and manage scalable, repeatable programs that build awareness and usage of Snowflake among developers, data scientists and data engineers.

In this role, you'll drive developer-focused programs across multiple channels and personas, in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Community, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations teams.

We aim to focus on developer-led growth to empower developers to effectively grow their careers and leverage their advocacy to drive awareness and adoption of the Snowflake platform.

We aren't just looking for someone who knows how to code; we want someone who views AI as their primary teammate. You should be someone who feels pained by manual, repetitive tasks and instinctively builds an automated or AI-driven solution to solve them

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the lead maintainer for the Snowflake-Labs/sfquickstarts Github repository by reviewing and approving pull requests for all technical content. Maintain a high bar for code clarity, documentation accuracy, and Snowflake product alignment.

  • Architect and deploy automated CI/CD pipelines to detect issues in Guides. Build processes that verify step-by-step instructions programmatically to ensure 100% successful replication for end-users

  • Host and produce technical livestreams focused on deep-dive product demos to drive awareness and adoption of new Snowflake features

  • Leverage AI tools and coding assistants to automate processes

  • Understand the needs of various developer personas to curate and manage technical content for developer events such as Snowflake BUILD and Dev Day at Snowflake Summit

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions

  • Report on program status, metrics, highlights and areas for improvement to stakeholder teams.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 6+ years working with developer or open source communities

  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and repository management at scale.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Community, Developer Relations and Demand Generation to implement product, processes, and tools improvements

  • Expertise in executing strategy for multiple products and platforms, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts and improving quality of existing programs

  • Prior experience writing code sample projects, demos, or tutorials in Python and SQL is a plus

  • Experience working with open source projects is preferred, but not required

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
