• Troubleshooting skills on Production issues using Various tools \u2013 Splunk , Netflow , Debugging of network logs<\/li>
• Review Network standards and recommend new hardware standards on Datacenter networking<\/li>
• Plan, design, and document ACI\u00a0\u00a0architecture and deploy automated templates (with zero touch provisioning) to all locations. <\/li>
• Configure security zones & VRF\u2019s to control the traffic on ACI.<\/li>
• Developing, implementing, and deploying ACI, NDO, NDI, Multipod and VXLAN<\/li>
• Providing support and troubleshooting technical issues<\/li>
• Creating and following ACI implementation plans<\/li>
• participate in other next-gen technical project delivery\u00a0<\/li>
• Work with cross functional team for solution development and training and knowledge sharing<\/li>
• Acts a single point of Technical contact during Technical Escalation Management<\/li>
• Practices to make devices & operations more efficient<\/li>
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature.<\/li>
• Overall responsibility of expert level for technical support (Incident, Problem, Critical Changes)<\/li>
• Good to moderate knowledge on IP Networking CCNA \/CCNP, Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP)<\/li>
• Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN\/LAN networks.<\/li>
• Good communication skills<\/li>
• Take the lead in outage calls<\/li>
• Own and drive root cause and permanent resolution<\/li>
• Perform moderate network changes<\/li>
• CCNA \/CCNP, Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP)<\/li>
• Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN\/LAN networks.<\/li>
• Review network design and provide recommendation on Low Level Designs and configuration standards<\/li>

  • Deal with Paris NRE TEAM to have approval or be autonomous on the resolution of the incident \/ alarms.<\/li>
  • Give an improvement plan for reducing number of tickets escalated to Paris team.<\/li> <\/ul>
