Lead Software Engineer (Testing Automation) will drive QA automation strategy for complex financial applications, design and develop automation frameworks, and lead end-to-end automated testing efforts. The role requires 9+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in automation, hands-on experience with Python and Java, and strong collaboration with developers, business teams, and global stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, maintaining automation data, executing automated tests, and mentoring QA engineers in testing frameworks, while contributing to tool selection and process improvements.
