Technical Consultant at SG Global Solution Centre in Bangalore, responsible for end-to-end IT operations supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role covers Application Support, Server and File System Management, Database service tasks, Disaster Recovery activities, Control-M troubleshooting, health checks, certificate renewal, FT application support, and scripting in Bash and Python. The profile requires a Bachelor's/Master’s degree, English proficiency, Linux administration (RHEL 7/8/9) and the ability to lead geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

2. Server Management:<\/strong> Manage Windows\/Linux New Server activation, decommissioning, OS patching, basic OS troubleshooting and PowerShell\/shell script creation and modifications.(GEN1 SGCloud, HPOV) and Gen2.
3. File System Management: <\/strong>Address application file system issues, perform disk drive clean up, and extend file systems when required.
4. Database Application Services:<\/strong> Expertise in handling database-related tasks like restarting services during application upgrades and patching.
5. DR Activity: <\/strong>Oversee Disaster Recovery activities to ensure data continuity and application stability.
6. Control-M Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Handle Level 1 troubleshooting for Control-M services and restart them as needed.
7. Morning Health Checks:<\/strong> Perform routine health checks in the morning to identify and resolve any potential issues proactively.
8. Certificate Renewal:<\/strong> Manage and renew certificates for all applications as required for secure and seamless operations.
9. FT Application Support:<\/strong> Provide support for FT (Fault-Tolerant) and high available resiliency applications, including migration and script modifications.
