Design and develop automation solutions within the Production Control Group Automation to support production operations. Build dashboards/UI, test frameworks for functional tests, and automation for pilot trading orders, with AI/LLM-driven enhancements to improve observability and reliability. Collaborate to streamline production control processes in a fast-paced trading environment. Requires strong Python development in Linux, UI/UX experience, and a drive to learn new technologies.

Position Overview

As part of the Production Control Group Automation (PCGA), you will design and develop automation solutions to support production operations.

This will involve creating dashboards/UI, test frameworks for functional tests, order-sending for pilot trading, AI/LLM-driven solutions along with other automation tools to improve observability, reliability and streamline the production control processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in software development, tooling & automation
  • Proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment.
  • Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and develop with us.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Capital Markets domain and Funds management.
  • Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q
  • Experience with CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of AI/LLM (tokené&ization, prompts, etc.), frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) and tools (vector db, RAG pipelines)
