We constantly improve the system, so it is stable, fast, and easy to use for our researchers.

Job Summary:

• Part of the Options trading strategy development team
• Responsible for the maintenance and constant improvement of our python-based platform that enables quantitative researchers to interact efficiently with trading systems, empowering powerful and fast data analysis and studies.
• Work with Traders, Quantitative Researchers, and other Strategy Developers to facilitate new trading behaviors.
• Work with large datasets to set up and maintain production-quality data pipelines.

• Degree in Computer Science or other science or technical field
• 3+ years’ experience in Python development, Python scientific stack and enthusiastic about the latest developments in Python.
• Experience of distributed message-based systems and server-side software development with proven product delivery success
• Experience with web services and Python development frameworks.
• Full software development life cycle experience and exposure to agile software development
• Willingness to learn new technologies and to propose novel technical solutions.
• The ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and seek process improvement opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with quantitative researchers and other engineers.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to react to changing priorities.
• Willingness to participate and help in the deployment and maintenance of our production software.
