Susquehanna's Technology Discovery Program is a short-form programme for students interested in software development within a quantitative trading environment. Participants will learn about a day in the life of developers through panel discussions, meet-and-greets, and interactive sessions that cover systematic and semi-systematic trading. The program targets students planning to graduate in 2028 and provides interview preparation tips for graduate roles. Overview

Are you passionate about software development? Interested in applying your development skills to trading systems and infrastructure?

Join us at Susquehanna for our Discovery Program to learn more about a day in the life as a software developer. Our technologists are tech savvy problem solvers who are committed to innovation. Our Technology Discovery Program is a unique opportunity to learn about a day in the life of our developers as well as taking away some top tips on how to prepare for the interview process for the current grad roles! Through panel discussions, meet and greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll learn about our systematic and semi-systematic trading, and will get a sense of our unique culture.

This opportunity is open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, New Zealand citizens and international students studying at an Australian University, who are planning to graduate in 2028. We are looking for keen problem solvers who'll apply their strong software development skills in any object-oriented language (we use C++, C# and Python) in the world of trading.
