Intern will join the Algo Trading team to support day-to-day risk management of the Global Markets algo platform. The role involves building, analysing and maintaining reports with Quants to monitor and improve client algo performance and becoming an expert in algorithmic behaviour. Interns will develop an understanding of market microstructure, exchange products, and ensure adherence to regulations, compliance and desk policies while working with clients and technology stakeholders to shape product requirements.

We're looking for someone like that to: work within the Algo Trading team, responsible for the day-to-day risk management of the Global Markets Algo platform. • work with Quants to build, analyse, maintain, and manage the reports necessary for monitoring and improving client algo performance. • build their knowledge of the platform to become an expert in Algorithmic behaviour. • develop a strong understanding about market microstructure and the exchange side products. • develop and follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits, and guidelines. • work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and technology, to develop future product requirements and detailed design specifications.
