Accenture Flex role providing Epic Professional Billing and Clarity reporting support. Acts as onshore liaison for business users and offshore teams, managing incident resolution, deployments, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Results-driven IT professional with strong experience in Epic Professional Billing application support, Epic Clarity report build, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery management. Acts as the primary onshore liaison between business users, offshore technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless application operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement and provides build, testing and go live support tasks as needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding application-related matters.
  • Coordinate with offshore development and support teams for project build, incident resolution, enhancements, and releases.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in alignment with SLAs.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Support release management, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management processes.
