An Accenture Flex HCM and CRM testing lead responsible for end-to-end testing of Oracle HCM modules and Salesforce/CRM integrations. You will validate core HR, benefits, payroll, and talent processes, design and execute integration test scenarios, and ensure data consistency across HCM and CRM systems. The role includes regression/SIT/UAT support, API and middleware testing (REST/SOAP, OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft), data mapping, and automation strategies, with cross-system coordination across HCM, CRM, finance, and middleware. This position emphasizes CI/CD practices, test data strategy, and post-release stability.

Responsibilities:
Oracle HCM Functional & Integration Testing
Validate end-to-end business processes across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting).
Test inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications (CRM, Finance, Payroll vendors, Identity, ERP, middleware).
Design and execute integration test scenarios covering hire-to-retire lifecycle events.
Validate HCM data flows, transformations, and mappings across systems.
Perform regression, SIT, and UAT support for HCM releases and integrations.
Salesforce / CRM Integration Testing
Test integrations between Oracle HCM and Salesforce/CRM platforms for employee, partner, and organizational data synchronization.
Validate API, middleware, and event-driven integrations between HCM and CRM systems.
Perform cross-system workflow validation and data reconciliation testing.
Ensure data consistency across HCM and CRM objects.
Integration & Data Validation
Validate REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, middleware (OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft), and message-based interfaces.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation validation across systems.
Execute backend/database validation using SQL.
Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
Quality Engineering & Automation
Develop integration test strategies and automation approaches.
Identify automation candidates across HCM and integration scenarios.
Support or develop API and integration automation suites.
Participate in CI/CD and continuous testing practices.
Define test data strategy for HCM and cross-system scenarios.
Release & Environment Coordination
Coordinate testing across multiple systems and teams (HCM, CRM, Finance, Middleware).
Support SIT/UAT cycles and defect triage.
Validate deployments and post-release integration stability.
