Accenture Flex Payments Quality Engineer will drive quality across the full application lifecycle, performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, and developing automation strategies. The role involves creating automated scripts, maintaining test cases and documentation with Parasoft SOA Test, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early. You will validate data accuracy with database checks and support UAT and end-to-end testing, while staying current with QA best practices. Onsite client work is required 3 days a week in Charlotte, Atlanta, Plano, Addison, or Dallas, with a client-mandated 5 days away per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.
You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
Validate data accuracy and consistency through database checks and manual batch testing.
Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation using Parasoft SOA Test.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical aspects of the services being tested.
Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing activities as required.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to continuously enhance testing processes.
Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.
Additionally, advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.
Onsite client work required 3 days a week in: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX, or Dallas TX
Client Mandated Time Away: 5 days per quarter
