You will help evolve our business intelligence capabilities, elevate the quality and impact of our analytics products, and partner closely with senior leaders to influence the future of our Wealth Management offer, distribution strategy, and service model.

  • Deliver deep insights into Relationship Manager (RM) and Advisor performance, client interactions, and engagement trends to inform coaching, resource allocation, and strategic investments that improve both client and business outcomes.

  • Partner with senior leaders across to shape the future of Vanguard’s Wealth offer, distribution strategy, and service model through data-driven insights and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and own high-impact dashboards, reports, and analytical assets used by senior leaders and frontline teams.

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches, leveraging multiple data sources to uncover actionable insights.

  • Develop compelling data visualizations and narratives that influence decisions at the executive level.

  • Help define standards and best practices for data visualization, dashboard design, and insight delivery.

  • Support the evolution of self-service analytics by enabling business users with intuitive tools, trusted data, and clear documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with data engineering, product, and technology partners to ensure data quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can improve performance, efficiency, or client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or a complex regulated environment.

  • Strong expertise in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar), with a proven track record of building executive-ready dashboards.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets; familiarity with modern data platforms is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and insights into influence—especially with senior stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping analytical solutions where requirements are not fully defined.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data.
