Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using tools such as SQL, R, or other statistical languages.
- 5 years of experience working with multiple data sources, combining information to generate insights from analyses, and creating reporting solutions for an executive audience (e.g., dashboards, tables, templates, metrics).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams and managing ongoing client relationships.
- 5 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or investigative approaches.
- Experience with SQL, manipulating and analyzing large data sets to distill insights from data.
- Experience in a client-facing role using data visualizations to represent analyses to an executive audience.

As a People Analyst supporting the development of user first HR Products, you will be part of a team that makes our data universally useful, reliable and accessible for our internal stakeholders and partners across People Operations. You will use research and analytics to solve problems, build data and dashboards solutions to drive insights and perform analysis to drive performance and strategy. You will manage ongoing client relationships; prioritizing work and navigating ambiguity while collaborating on projects that may involve multiple teams in an unstructured environment. You will have the ability to think ahead strategically while simultaneously acting tactically. You will have technical data experience, problem-solving skills, and a knack for project management.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
