The Amazon Flex Program Manager will own the strategy and initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of deliveries within the Amazon Flex program. You will collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management to drive process improvements and successful launches. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis to identify obstacles, monitor key performance indicators, and implement well-defined standards that balance business needs with driver and customer experience. Effective stakeholder management and creative problem solving are essential to delivering on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers—called delivery partners—to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, are guided during routes with the navigation system, and more.
