We are seeking a Senior Supplier Master Data Analyst to join the Supplier Enablement team at Whole Foods Market. This role owns and maintains supplier master data integrity across systems, supports supplier onboarding, activation, and offboarding including EDI setup, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor supplier data health, PO/invoice activity, and program performance, and drive process improvements through automation and best practices. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to support supplier-related initiatives and governance.
Key job responsibilities
Master Data Management: Own and maintain supplier master data integrity across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Supplier Enablement: Support supplier onboarding, activation, and offboarding processes, including EDI setup, contact validation, and communication workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into supplier data health, PO/Invoice activity, and program performance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline supplier data processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality through automation and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to support supplier-related initiatives and data requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for supplier data inquiries, providing guidance and resolution on data discrepancies or system issues.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure supplier data practices align with Amazon and Whole Foods Market policies, including data privacy and security standards.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
