A Process Analyst to join Amazon Logistics EU Central Operations Analytics. You will analyze operational data, develop diagnostic analyses, design and automate processes, and create dashboards to support intra-week forecasting and capacity management. The role emphasizes advanced SQL, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiencies in last-mile delivery. It offers opportunities to influence business decisions and contribute to the scaling of Central Operations while mentoring junior teammates.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is transforming the future of last-mile delivery through Central Operations, a strategic initiative that's revolutionizing how we approach route planning, scheduling, and delivery execution. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency, while learning to design longer-term strategic approaches to complex challenges.

You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, applying your analytical expertise to generate insights that influence business decisions. Using your advanced SQL, programmling and analytical capabilities, you'll create dashboards and reports that enable quick operational decisions and help avoid in-station volume risks. You'll partner with various stakeholders including Operations and technical teams to streamline processes and implement improvements.

This position offers excellent growth opportunities as you develop your expertise in AMZL systems and processes. You'll learn to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, while contributing to the scaling of Central Operations. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be crucial in driving continuous improvement in our last-mile delivery network.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities and a passion for process improvement. If you're excited about solving complex operational challenges and contributing to the transformation of logistics operations, we want to hear from you.
