Amazon's Emerging Markets Seller Experience team is seeking a Program Manager to lead our seller trust initiatives. In this role, you'll champion seller sentiment while designing and implementing programs that protect both our customers and sellers, ensuring a seamless marketplace experience.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how Amazon builds trust and responds to seller feedback in our fastest-growing markets. You'll analyze seller sentiment trends, identify friction points, and drive improvements that matter most to our selling partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, having the ability to translate seller feedback into actionable insights and drive meaningful change across the organization.


Key job responsibilities
• Drive seller trust programs across emerging markets
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to address top seller pain points
• Create and maintain seller sentiment dashboards and tracking mechanisms
• Partner with tech, operations, and policy teams to resolve systematic issues
• Design and execute seller listening programs and feedback loops
• Drive data-driven decisions through sentiment analysis and trend identification
• Lead high-visibility projects requiring cross-functional coordination
• Build strong relationships with key internal partners globally
• Implement automated solutions to improve seller experience

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
