Join Amazon's IES RCX team as a Support Engineer to help reduce cost-to-serve while improving customer experience in the Returns area. You will troubleshoot and debug technical systems, collaborate with engineers across n-tier architectures, and ensure systems meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. The role requires scripting in modern languages and familiarity with distributed systems and relational databases.
We are looking for a talented, detail, oriented and enthusiastic Support Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the and is enthusiastic about the new technology offered to consumers.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
