The Senior Business Analyst will act as a strategic bridge between Operations teams under the COO and the Automation Development team, owning end-to-end automation initiatives to deliver measurable efficiency gains. The role identifies manual processes suitable for automation, designs and validates use cases with stakeholders, writes detailed user stories, and drives on-time delivery with business handover. It emphasizes an automation-first culture, KPI tracking (time saved, cost reduction, accuracy), governance, and training to ensure sustainability. Technical skills in SQL and Microsoft Power Platform will support automation efforts and hands-on assistance as needed.

Responsibilities: The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a strategic bridge between Operations teams under the COO and the Automation Development team, taking full ownership to ensure automation initiatives deliver measurable efficiency improvements. The role is accountable for identifying automation opportunities, driving their successful execution, and ensuring that targeted efficiency gains are achieved and sustained. Additionally, this position will champion an automation-first culture, empowering business teams to adopt, maintain, and continuously improve automation practices. Own the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, from identifying opportunities to successful implementation and handover to business owners. Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive processes across Operations that can be automated to deliver significant time savings and efficiency gains. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to design, validate, and implement automation use cases aligned with business objectives. Write clear and detailed user stories, manage requirements, and ensure timely execution of automation projects. Drive measurable efficiency improvements, setting and tracking KPIs such as time saved, cost reduction, and process accuracy. Champion an automation-first mindset across the organization by influencing stakeholders and embedding automation into core processes. Ensure sustainability of automation solutions by conducting “Train the Trainer” programs, educating users, and handing over BAU processes to business owners. Establish governance and best practices for automation implementation, ensuring compliance, scalability, and long-term adoption. Be able to apply technical skills in SQL and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to support automation initiatives and provide hands-on assistance when required. Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. 4–6 years total professional experience in Business Analysis or related roles. 3–5 years specifically in process automation, data analytics, or digital transformation projects. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data-driven process automation and operational efficiency. Expertise in process reengineering and optimization, driving measurable improvements in time, cost, and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to own automation use cases end-to-end, from ideation through delivery and business handover. Skilled in writing clear user stories, managing requirements, and bridging communication between business and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing adoption of automation-first practices. Prior experience in training and enabling business users on automation tools and best practices. Technical skills (added advantage): Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and exposure to Databricks and data engineering concepts.
