Barclays in Pune is seeking an Incremental CRM - Business Analyst to drive the evolution of its digital CRM landscape, translating business needs into actionable requirements and solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, supporting data structures, and developing business requirements, with strong collaboration between business and IT stakeholders. You will support feasibility studies, business cases, and change management activities to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

To be successful as an “Incremental CRM - Business Analyst” you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Great analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple user and IT environments globally
Understanding of cucumber for acceptance criteria management
Must be confident in communication with business and IT management and should have strong presentation skills
6+ years’ experience in an Investment banking environment, with strong skills in analysing business processes, supporting data structures and recommending improvements
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Knowledge of Salesforce (nice to have)
Knowledge of SQL, software development and SDLC
4+ years’ experience working as part of an agile development team
This role will be based out of Pune
Purpose of the role
To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
