Act as the primary interface between business delivery and technology teams to handle production, client, and consultant issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation. Create and document test cases, perform testing for enhancements and production fixes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. Lead partnership meetings and maintain effective relationships with business and technology counterparts. Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and escalate vendor-related issues impacting client deliverables.

As an Associate, Business Technology Liaison II, you will be acting as primary interface between business delivery team and technology teams for handling production/ client/consultant related issues/queries. You may not have direct reports but will need to provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. The role is located in Wroclaw.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Acts as the primary interface between technology and a specific business/functional area for handling production/ client/consultant related issues/queries.
- Ensure, client deliverable related impacts are mitigated by suggesting workarounds in a short span of time or bring in required teams to resolve the issue based on the priority and defined timeline.
- Owning, Best practices on documenting new issues faced.
- Escalate to product owners on the vendor related issues/delays which would impact client deliverables.
- Create test cases, perform testing for enhancement/ production fixes by collaborating/working with technology & business counterparts and ensure the timelines are met as planned.
- Ensure partnership meeting are lead and an effective relationship is established between the counterparts.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Master’s degree in finance or technology related certification.
- We would need 3 to 4 years of experience in SQL or query(database) handling.
- 2 years of experience in financial domain.
- Having working experience in MS Dynamics is added advantage.
- Having working experience in Agile is added advantage.
