We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Intelligence & Data Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Analyze and optimize sales processes, workflows, and pipelines using data-driven approaches and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop, manage, and deliver interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead redesign and enhancement of reporting structures to support evolving business needs with scalable BI solutions like DataIku.
• Build and maintain business intelligence platforms and dashboards supporting the sales cycle and customer success initiatives using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver analytic insights for continuous improvement.
• Create data-backed sales enablement materials, tools, and best practices aligned with sales methodology and value propositions.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements to inform system enhancements and analytics capabilities.
• Develop and implement automated workflows, data sets, and dashboards tailored to internal client needs.
• Utilize SQL and Python to extract and transform data efficiently.
• Lead data modeling, metric analysis, and serve as a resource for specialized processes or data sets.
• Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy; troubleshoot and validate data to ensure reliability.
• Provide training to sales and customer-facing teams on interpreting data and using BI tools effectively.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on analytics projects, progress, and insights.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues; no direct reports.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred 4-7 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Sound experience in Data Analytics, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in detail-oriented environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
