Based on risk control operations, this role supports market activity reviews, data quality checks, case reviews, and user behavior analysis; analyzes internal and external data to provide actionable insights for operational decisions, strategy, and model iteration; continuously monitors data, defines risk metrics, optimizes workflows, and builds a standardized risk-operations framework to improve efficiency; collaborates with market, operations, and customer support teams to ensure campaigns and risk-control strategies run smoothly.
岗位职责：
1、基于风控运营需求，支持市场活动评审、活动数据质量检查、案件回顾、用户行为分析等工作
2、结合内外部数据进行深入分析，提供有价值的分析支撑运营决策、策略及模型迭代。
3、能够持续监测数据，制定风险指标，优化工作流程，建立规范的风险运营体系，提高运营工作效率。
4、与市场、运营、客服等团队保持良好关系，确保各市场活动及风控运营策略顺利开展。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上数据分析及数据运营工作经验，有业务风控、营销反作弊、账户安全、资金安全等任意领域的相关工作经历
2、熟练使用SQL，能独立进行数据分析，有R或Python语言使用经验者优先。
3、具备优秀的业务及风险洞察能力，逻辑性强，对数据敏感。应聘者应能从异常数据中观察到风险，并总结出风险原因
4、英文口语流利者优先
