Position: ABL - ICM Varicent Consultant

What you’ll do?

• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements.
• Support the preparation and setup needed for optimal Varicent ICM implementation.
• Provide strategic guidance on the use of Varicent ICM and related technologies.
• Implement enhancements, new developments, and change controls in Varicent/ICM.
• Handle support tickets and document solutions and troubleshooting outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• Participation in at least one Varicent/ICM implementation.
• Experience administering, designing, and developing Varicent/ICM models and databases.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience using API management tools (Postman).
• Experience working with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
