Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to join our Data-driven FRC team. The role involves analyzing complex P&C insurance processes, performing gap assessments, and developing process models, workflows, and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. You will gather, document, and manage business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, support testing by creating test plans and executing UAT, and provide subject-matter expertise across P&C domains including underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.

Your Role
Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to join our Data-driven FRC team. The role will require the following:
- Analyse complex P&C insurance business processes, perform gap assessments, and develop process models, workflows, and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements; translate them into functional specifications; and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional teams, build consensus, and support testing activities by creating test plans, executing UAT, and validating system functionality.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise across P&C insurance domains—including underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements—while supporting system implementations, enhancements, and user training.
Your Profile
- Proficient in requirements management and modelling tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting principles, rating methodologies, and end‑to‑end claims processes.
- Experienced across both personal and commercial lines, including auto, home, liability, and specialty insurance products.
- Knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with familiarity in insurance data standards such as ACORD and ISO.
