We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions. You will collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. You will provide training and support to end-users and create documentation, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
