Capgemini is seeking a Mainframe Developer with IMS DB expertise. The role requires hands-on experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM and IMS DB, with the ability to translate functional specifications into technical designs. Responsibilities include coding, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and creating test plans, along with strong communication and client interaction. Locations include Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru.

Your Role
Location : Pune, Chennai , Bangalore
• Minimum Hands on duration for Cobol/ DB2/ IMS DB
• Ability to develop technical design from functional specifications
Your Profile
• Ability to do impact analysis for given functional / technical design
• Ability to create High level and low-level design / estimation
• Capability for Coding/Unit and Integration /system testing
• Ability to do code reviews and create test plan
• Good communication skills & client interaction experience would be a plus.
• Banking or Insurance domain knowledge would be helpful.
